Rooted in the Headteachers’ Standards (2020) and powered by our unique Leadership Competencies Blueprint (2025), this 16-month programme is designed to strengthen the strategic, relational, and ethical capacities that define effective school leadership. Participants engage in rigorous professional learning, real-world application, and supported self-reflection, emerging more confident, more capable, and more connected to their leadership identity.
